MONDAY RENTAL
Our Current rental system has a glitch that the developers have not been able to fix. Our system blocks out the previous day and this works great except we are not open on Sunday, so it blocks out Sunday, but not Saturday, so if you don't call us it will be available Monday morning at 11:00 not on Saturday evening at 5:00. if you want it on Saturday please call us after you have booked the item. Items previously reserved for Saturday will only be available Monday.

PICK-UPS & RETURNS

Rentals will be available for pickup the day before the reservation at 4:00 p.m. They will be due back the day after the reservation at 11:00 a.m. For example, to rent a 24-70mm f/2.8 for all day on a Tuesday, pick up would be available at 4:00 p.m. on Monday and the lens would be due back Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. All rentals are subject to availability and will not considered “reserved” until  they have been paid for. We have a pickup time of 4:00 p.m. because we cannot always guarantee that items being rented will be returned on time. We try to make sure that we have time to recharge batteries, etc. before the items go out on rental again. Having said that, if you need to pick up a rental early, you may for an additional fee of $10 and you can pick it up as early as 2:00 p.m. If you need to pick it up before 2:00 p.m., the price will simply be an additional day’s rental price.

LATE FEE POLICY

For any equipment not returned by 11:00 a.m. on the day it is due back, customers will be charged a late fee. The late fee will be assessed on an hourly basis at a rate of 1/2 the daily rental price per hour, with a cap of twice the daily rental price for each day the equipment is late. For example, if a $30 lens is returned 1.5 hours late, a fee of $45 will be charged. If a rental is returned 2 days late, a $120 fee will be charged (twice the daily rate of $30/day for 2 days).

POLICY FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT, PARTS, AND/OR ACCESSORIES

We charge full retail value for any piece or part of equipment that is damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise not returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel a reservation, we will give a full refund if the reservation is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be issued a 50% refund unless cancelled with less than 1 hour before the pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 1 hour of notice will not be issued refunds. As always feel free to call us with any questions.

SATURDAY RENTAL SPECIAL RATE

Items rented on Saturdays after 1:00 p.m. may be rented for half price and will be due back the following Monday at 11:00 a.m. No reservations can be made for equipment rented at this special rate. The gear is subject to stock on hand and is available on a first come, first served basis.
