The NiSi S5 Circular IR ND32000 (4.5) 15 Stop for S5 150mm Holder is specially designed for Ultra Wide Lenses. The ND Filter creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement in your images. 15 Stop filters are commonly used for long exposures during the day to show cloud movement or to smooth out the water.
NiSi Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters like GND filters. This filter is made from high-quality optical glass (not resin) with nano coating to provides an improved beading effect with water or oil for more efficient cleaning.
